Ada Ann Clemens, nee Dillow, 81, of Collinsville, Ill., passed away Sunday, January 17, 2016 at her home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Dale Clemens and her parents, Hal and Lorene Dillow of Mill Creek. Ill.

Mrs. Clemens is survived by her daughter, Kimberly (Robert) Martin of St. Jacob, Ill.; son, Jeffery (Jananne) Clemens of Downers Grove, Ill.; sister, Louise (Dale) Piits of Wylie, Tx.; 7 grandchildren, Peter and Molly Clemens of Collinsville, Ill., Matthew and Andrew Martin of St. Jacob, Ill., Caitlin, Emma, James and Zoe Clemens of Downers Grove, Ill.

Memorials may be made to the Meadow Heights Baptist Church Building Fund, 1498 Vandalia, Collinsville, Ill. 62234.

Friends may call from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at the Sunset Hill Funeral Home in Glen Carbon, Ill. with funeral services beginning at 11:00 am.

Burial will be at Sunset Hill Memorial Estate in Glen Carbon, Ill.
