Alice E. (Decker) Lackey, age 82, of Collinsville, IL, died Saturday, July 25, 2009, at Christian Hospital NE in Florissant, MO. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, July 27 at Herr Funeral Home in Collinsville, IL. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 28 at Meadow Heights Baptist Church in Collinsville, IL. Burial will be at St. John Cemetery in Collinsville, IL.
