Alma A. Davis, nee Sprinot, 95, of Belleville, Ill., born Aug. 9, 1918, in East St. Louis, Ill., passed away at 7:52 a.m. Saturday, April 5, 2014, at University Nursing and Rehab in Edwardsville, Ill.
Mrs. Davis attended Browns Business College then went to work at the First National Bank in East St. Louis, Ill., retiring after 36 years of dedicated service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Davis, whom she married on Aug. 3, 1957; her parents, Pete and Emma, nee Puslait, Sprinot; three brothers, John, Pete and Edward Sprinot; a sister, Martha Laughlin; a nephew, Mark Flood; and great-nephew, Keaton Flood.
Surviving are her sister-in-law, Mildred Sprinot; nieces and nephews, Sandy Thompson, Ray (Jo Ann) Laughlin, Emma (Chuck) Murphy, Pete (Susan) Sprinot, Robin (Tom) Angelo and Jeanie (Sam) Flood; eight great-nieces and great-nephews; and 14 great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at noon Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at the funeral home with Rev. Tony Minear officiating. Burial will be at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
