Andrew M. "Drew" Birch passed away on Sunday Feb. 23, 2014. Drew was 5 days short of his 24th birthday. He was working at Monsanto as a computer specialist.

Drew lived his short life to the fullest. He was outgoing, fun-loving, and loved outdoors. Drew was great with kids and had a special place in his heart for animals, as well.

Drew will be missed greatly by his mother, Dawn, nee Millfelt, Birch; brother, Travis Birch; and father, Mike Birch of Maryville, Ill. He is also survived by five grandparents; four aunts and uncles; and eight cousins.

We will miss your smile, your laughter and your love of life. You leave behind many friends, and loved ones who will never forget you. Be our Angel and watch out for us all from your new, permanent home with God.

Funeral: Services will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014, at St. Luke's Methodist Church in Maryville, Ill. Interment in Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Collinsville, Ill.
