Antonette "Toni" Yvonne Modglin, 69 years old, was born on March 28, 1951, in East St. Louis, IL, and passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Modglin, her parents, Albert Anthony Giovando and Margaret Elizabeth (Mayfield) Giovando, her great-grandson, Daniel Brown; brothers Stephen Giovando Sr., Leo Giovando Sr., and sister Mary-Margaret Statler.

Toni is survived by her children, Robert J. (Angelia) Modglin, of Fairview Heights, IL, her four grandchildren, Zachary (Rachael) Self, Katie Self, Emily (Hunter) Coil, Genevive Modglin, and her three great-grandchildren, Baileigh Self, Brooklyn Brown, and Conner Self.

Friends may call on Friday, February 26, 2021, from 10 am until 1 pm, at Herr Funeral Home in Collinsville, IL. Funeral Services will be on Friday, February 26, 2021 at 1 pm. Burial will be at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Fairview Heights, IL, on Friday, February 26, 2021.
