Arleen Vivian Kloess, nee Massey, 79, of Fairview Heights, Ill., born Aug. 12, 1931, in Kansas, died on Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at Eden Village Care Center in Glen Carbon, Ill.



Mrs. Kloess was a graduate of Collinsville High School.



Arleen was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Carolyn, nee Brandesuky, Massey; and a brother, Daniel Massey



Surviving are her husband, Henry Kloess of Fairview Heights, Ill.; son, Scott (Artemis) Kloess of Rochester Hills, Mich.; and grandsons, Jason Kloess and Adam Kloess, both of Rochester Hills, Mich.

Funeral: Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at the funeral home with the Rev. Larry Patton officiating. Interment at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Mo.
