Audrey Marie Haddick, nee Veitch, 97, of Collinsville, Ill., born Oct. 4, 1917, in St. Louis, Mo., passed away at 7:15 a.m. Monday, Oct. 6, 2014, at Caseyville Nursing Center in Caseyville, Ill.
Mrs. Haddick was a member and volunteer at St. John United Church of Christ. She was past Queen of Al Sihah Temple 29 Daughters of the Nile, a member of the Ainad Belles and past member of Collinsville Chapter 666 Order of the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Charles Haddick, whom she married on Feb. 17, 1943, in Collinsville, Ill., and who died Oct. 15, 1984; a daughter, Gladys Ann Ranck; a son, William L. Haddick; her parents, Edwin V. and Anna, nee Zottarelle, Vietch; and a brother, Edwin A. Veitch.
Surviving are her daughter-in-law, Susan Haddick of Collinsville, Ill.; son-in-law, Gary Ranck of Marissa, Ill.; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and six step great-grandchildren.

Visitation: Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13, 2014, at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, Ill. Daughters of the Nile memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13, 2014.
Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2014, at the funeral home with Rev. Katie Jo Bielke officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded to Mrs. Haddick, with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery in Collinsville, Ill.
