Barbara Ann Bowser, 71, of Edwardsville, Illinois, passed away May 23 ^rd , 2019. She was born May 15 ^th , 1948 in Herrin, Illinois to Ralph and Annie (Beasley) Brown. She married Terry Bowser on July 3 ^rd , 1995.

Barbara is preceded in death by her father, Ralph, one great-grandchild Brynlee Emerson Tindall and one brother, Dale Brown.

She is survived by her husband Terry Bowser, Mother, Lois Pirtle, children, Jennifer Lockhart of Collinsville, Illinois, Amanda Lockhart of Palm Harbor, Florida, Rebecca (Billy Bodimer) Lockhart of Collinsville, Illinois and Nathan (Missy) Bowser of Holiday Shores, Illinois, sisters, Susie Brown of Florida, Jeanetta Dodge of Florida, and one brother, Joe Brown of Florida. She is further survived by grandchildren, Brittany Waters, Markus Waters, David Bauer, Jessica Kibbons, Rylee Lockhart, Emily Bodimer, Pete Bodimer, Autumn Henderson, Amber Miller, Maggie Bowser, and Great-Grandchildren, Brody Waters, Braxton McDonald, and Abel Nicholas Waters.

Barbara was a retired Manager of an Auto Parts Store. She was also a member of Holiday Shores Gardening Club, an avid fisherwoman, and she loved exploring with her grandchildren.

Memorial Gathering will be Wednesday, May 29 ^th , 2019 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, Illinois.
