Barbara A. Carter 81 of Collinsville IL, residing in Mascoutah, IL passed away on November 9, 2019.  She was born on April 14, 1938, in Iron County MO, to James Wyatt and Leona (Fleer) Wyatt.

Barbara was preceded in death by her loving husband Floyd Carter, her parents, a son Floyd "Roger" Carter, son-in-law William Ralls, granddaughter Quinette L. Gilley and great granddaughter Angel S. Brown and half brothers Walter Wyatt and Lawrence Wyatt.

Barbara is survived by children Lloyd W. (Christine) Carter of Collinsville, IL, Bridget L. Ralls of New Baden, IL and Guy J. Carter of Mascoutah, IL.  She is further survived by grandchildren Tabbitha, Courtney, Haileigh, Rachel, L. Roger, Thomas and Christian and great-grand children as well as her siblings Donald Wyatt, Marlene Dryer.

Visitation will be Monday, November 18, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, Illinois.

Funeral will be Tuesday November 19, 2019 at 11:00 am at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, Illinois.
