It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Beverlee Sue Ogle who peacefully departed this life on November 13, 2024, at home, surrounded by the love of family. She was born on August 7, 1945, to Harold and Doris Bloomquist in Granite City, IL.

Bev married her high school sweetheart Donald Ogle on July 3rd, 1965.

She proudly worked at Anderson Hospital for 28 years as a billing and accounting clerk. During that time she was involved in many organizations including the American Cancer Society and the Veterans of Foreign Wars where she was a past president.

Bev was preceded in death by her mother Doris Bloomquist, father Harold Bloomquist and son Donald Ray Ogle II.

Bev is survived by her husband Donald Ogle, daughter Cindy Ogle, son Dave (Leah) Ogle, and her 3 grandchildren, Raelen, Sayr and Stehl Ogle.

Visitation will be held at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, IL on November 19, 2024 starting at 10a.m. with memorial service held at 12p.m.  Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial in Fairview Heights.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to The American Cancer Society or Cardinal Glennon Hospital.

Donations will be accepted at the funeral home.
