Billy L. Felchlin, Sr., 72, of Worden, Illinois, died Thursday, March 3rd, 2016. He was born in Granite City, Illinois, Friday, May 21st, 1943 to Charles and June ( VanScoyk) Felchlin, Sr. He married Estella "Polly" O''Dell, Saturday, September 21st, 1968 in Edwardsville, Illinois.

Billy is preceded in death by his father, Charles and his brother, Chuck Felchlin.

He is survived by his wife, Polly, his mother, June, children; Angela (Michael) Sever of Moro, Illinois, Paula (Scott) Hasse of Alhambra, Illinois, Billy (Sheri) Felchlin, Jr. of Livingston, Illinois, brother, David (Janice) Felchlin of Edwardsville, Illinois and sister-in-law, Trudy Narahara of Castro Valley, California. He is further survived by five grandchildren; Lauren Hasse, Taylor Hasse, Dylan Hasse, Chandler Felchlin and Carson Felchlin.

Billy served his country valiantly in the United States Navy from 1961 to 1965. He worked at Richards Brick Yard then retired from Yellow Freight as a Truck Driver after 16 years of service.

Per Billy''s wishes, Rites of Cremation have been accorded.

Memorial Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00pm at Sunset Hill Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 8th, 2016 with Memorial Service at 6:00 pm. Interment of cremation will be at a later date.

Memorials may be made in Billy''s honor to St. Jude''s Hospital.
