Bonnie Dee Schmerbauch, nee Ware, 73, of Collinsville, Ill., born Sept. 29, 1938, in Fairmont City, Ill., died at 11:10 a.m. on Friday, May 25, 2012, at her home.



Bonnie was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed cooking for her family, crossword puzzles and crocheting.



She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy C. Schmerbauch, whom she married on Aug. 2, 1958, and who passed away on Jan. 26, 2011; mother, Margaret T., nee Cameron, Ware; grandson, Dustin Murray; brother and sister, Edward "Bubby" Ware and Margaret Goodall; father, Edward Ware; and brothers-in-law, Victor Middleton and Fred Balster.



Surviving are her daughters and son, Kimberly Weaver of Collinsville, Ill., Lynne (David) Reaka of Collinsville, Ill., Jennifer Schmerbauch of Collinsville, Ill., and Thomas Schmerbauch of Collinsville, Ill.; grandchildren, Scott, Christine, Katie, Mackenzie, Jason and Samantha; great-grandchildren, Jonathan, Kaley, Brenden, and Reese; sisters, June Middleton, Helen Balster, Sally (Kenneth) Kapp and Kay Jansen; nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
