Carla D. Sullivan

Carla D. Sullivan, 60, Fairmont City, Ill., born July 26, 1956, in Highland, Ill., passed away Monday, November 21, 2016, in St. Louis, Mo.

Carla was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, daughter and sister who loved spending time with her family. She was a life long resident of the Collinsville, Ill., area and a graduated from Collinsville High School. She retired from Fairmont Park Racetrack in Collinsville. Carla had many interest, she enjoyed country music concerts, traveling and just recently started kayak fishing.

She is preceded in death by her husband Dennis Sullivan.

Surviving are her children, Shawn (Jennifer) Moore of Collinsville, Ill., Christopher Moore of Collinsville, Ill., Dawn (Corwin) Gibson of Collinsville, Ill.; parents, Donald (Wanda) Wagner of Mendenhall, Ms., Jeannette Cox of Collinsville, Ill.; sister, Karen Wagner of Collinsville, Ill.; grandchildren, Callista Moore, Cassidy Moore, Aiden Gibson and Evan Gibson; dear friend, Bob Fehlhaber; numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to Siteman Cancer Center and can be received at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy can be shared with the family through this online guestbook.
