Carol Sue "Susie" Buffo, 74, of Collinsville, Illinois, passed away on August 26, 2021, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.

She was born in East St. Louis, Illinois, on June 14, 1947, to Luther Earl Barnett and Gladys Irene (Fernandez) Fleming.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Nathan Baker; sisters: JoAnn Fleming and Rita Marie Jett; brothers: Richard Lee Fleming, Jimmy Fleming and Bud Earl Barnett-Thompson; and her beloved cat, Sasha.

Survivors include her sons: Antonio Buffo of Granite City, Illinois, and Dominick Buffo of Granite City, Illinois; daughter, Christina Buffo of Granite City, Illinois; brothers: Tommy Fleming of S. Roxanna, Illinois, Ricky Dale Barnett of Bethalto, Illinois, and Dean Barnett of Troy, Illinois; grandchildren: Douglas Keene, Dominick Cecil Buffo,  Dawson Antonio Buffo, Vincent Michael Buffo, Justina Majors,  Haiden J. Blum, and Matthew Osborn
