Celia T. Dixon, 81 years old, was born on September 25, 1939, in Colima, Mexico, and passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021, in O'Fallon, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Dixon, and her parents, Augustine and Paula Trujillo. Celia is survived by two children, Anna (Elton Stevenson) Allen, and Daniel (Dawn Martin) Dixon, one grandson, Dylan Dixon, and one great-granddaughter, Ellie Marie.
