Charlene W. Hill, 94, of Collinsville, Illinois, passed away on February 10, 2022, at Memorial Hospital, Shiloh, Illinois.
Charlene was born August 28, 1927, to Charles E. and Beulah (McMillan) Walker in Hagerstown, Illinois. On May 4, 1944, at the Fillmore Baptist Church in Fillmore, Illinois, she married Ronald Hill.  They celebrated almost 71 years of marriage before he preceded her in death.
She and Ronald were members of the First Baptist Church of Collinsville. This is where they began their Missionary roles that expanded 36 years with T.E.A.M where they served  in  Indonesia.
Charlene was also preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Beulah Walker;  a stillborn sister; sister, Ilene Camp; brother, Bob Walker; and grandson, Michael G. Hill Jr.
Survivors include her children:  Michael G. Hill Sr., Vicki Hill, Phill Hill, Pamela Karanovich, and Nansi Farnworth; siblings: Ardethe Bratcher, Bill Walker, Shirley Goodin, Carolyn Murphy, and Jo Watts; grandchildren:  Patrick Hill, Hannah Hill Horner, Lizzy Hill, Anthony Karanovich, Nila Chibisov, Alex Farnworth, Brandi Karanovich, Paige Farnworth, Nathan Farnworth, Tessa Farnworth, Isabell Farnworth, Ben Farnworth, Nevaeh Farnworth, and Silas Farnworth; great-grandchildren:  Aedan Hill, Brennan Hill, Spencer Hill, Anna Karanovich, Gus, Masha Karanovich, Tobi Chibisov, Daneal Chibisov, Eva Karanovich, Jackson Honaker, Samuel Hines, and Rhys Hines.
A visitation will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 723 St. Louis Road, Collinsville, Illinois.  Funeral service will take place at 12:00 p.m.  Burial at Jefferson Barracks Cemetery will take place at a later date under the direction of Herr Funeral Home of Collinsville, Illinois.
