Charles "Butch" T. Adams Jr., 74, of Granite City, Illinois, passed away on February 16, 2022, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.
Butch was born July 1, 1947, in Granite City, Illinois, to Charles T. Adams Sr. and Daisey M. (Heflin) Adams.
He served his country in the United States Army as a Vietnam Veteran. Butch loved dogs.
He was preceeded in death by his parents.
Butch was survived by his brother, Ted Adams of Granite City, Illinois.
Cremation has been accorded by Sunset Hill Funeral Home & Cremations Services, Glen Carbon, Illinois.
A private inurnment will be held at a later date at Sunset Hill Cemetery.
