Charles A. Hayden 86 of Fairmont City passed away on January 19, 2018 at his residence.

Charles was born on March 20, 1931 in East St Louis IL. he retired from Terminal Railroad after 44 years of service. He was preceded in death by his father, Leo Hayden, and mother Annie Hayden, his wife Frances Hayden. Surviving are his daughters, Deborah Blanc, Patricia Hayden, and Kathleen White.

Memorial gathering will be held on January 27, 2018 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Herr Funeral Home.

Private burial will be held in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
