Charles "Bob" R. Tottleben

Charles "Bob" R. Tottleben, 81, of Collinsville, IL., born May 25, 1937,                     in East St. Louis IL., passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018, in St. Louis, MO.

Charles was a caring and dedicated husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who loved spending time with his family.  He attended the University of Illinois in Champaign, IL., and served in the U.S Air Force.   Charles was a well-respected local contractor.

He was preceded in death by his dear wife Shelby Tottleben who passed away December, 24, 2016; his parents,  Harold and Hattie, nee Malone, Tottleben; his brother Dave Tottleben.

Surviving are his daughters, Michaele (Ron) Frazer of Pace, FL., Kim (Ken) Behrman of Caseyville, IL., Rachel Cato of Collinsville, IL.; his brother Harold John (Patricia) Tottleben Jr. of Collinsville, IL.; his grandchildren, Eric (Kelly) Frazer, Nicole (Tom) Lewis, Emily Cato; his great-grandchildren, Alex, Madison, Vivian and Shelby; his nephews, Harold John (Wendy) Tottleben III, David Tottleben, Brian Tottleben and Keith Tottleben; his great-niece and great-nephew, Sophie Tottleben and John Tottleben.

Memorial contributions may be made to Collinsville Animal Shelter and can be received at Herr Funeral Home.  Condolences to the family can be expressed through this online guestbook.

Visitation:  Friends may visit with the family 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Friday, July 20, 2018, at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, IL.

Funeral:  Graveside services for Charles will be 1:30 P.M. Friday, July 20. 2018, at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
