Charlotte L. Turley, nee Holley, 93, of Edwardsville, Ill., born Saturday, Sept. 17, 1921, in Ester, Mo., passed away at 8:25 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 18, 2015, at Alhambra Care Center in Alhambra, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Turley, whom she married on April 3, 1948, and who died March 10, 2001; a son, James Turley; her parents, Carl P. and Charlotte, nee Green, Holley; and two brothers, Gene and Dale Holley.

Surviving are her daughter, Judith Smith of Edwardsville, Ill.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
