COLLINSVILLE, IL- Charlotte Mae Wagner (McGovern), 80, of Collinsville, IL, born August 6, 1938 in Granite City, IL., passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at Collinsville Rehabilitation & Health Care Center surrounded by her loved ones.

Charlotte loved spending time with her family, especially her dear grandchildren; she enjoyed their family gatherings, swimming and baking and cooking.  She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Collinsville, IL.

She was preceded in death by her husband Rudy Wagner; her parents Thomas and Garnet Mae, nee DeRouse, McGovern; her sister, Carmen Bridick; her grandsons, Billy DuHadway, Danny Lee.

Charlotte is survived by her children, Pam Chiarottino, Penny Basarich, A. Frank Rickert, Dwayne Rickert, Paula Covarrubias all of Collinsville, IL., Judy Hayes and Ashley Wagner both of Chicago, IL; eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Service:  Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 2, 2019, at Sunset Hill Funeral Home with David Bohnenstiehl officiating.  Burial to follow at Sunset Hill Memorial Estates, Glen Carbon, IL.
