Charlotte E. Nonn, nee Werner, 83, of Madison, Ill., born Thursday, Jan. 29, 1931, in St. Louis, Mo., died Monday, Nov. 24, 2014, in Madison, Ill.

She was a member of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Charlotte loved to sew and read.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Nonn; a son, Gerald Nonn; a daughter, Carol Hamm; her parents, Charles and Myrtle, nee Marcum, Werner; and a brother, Gerald "Jerry" Werner.

Surviving are two grandsons, John (Karen Allison) Hamm IV, of Madison, Ill., and Joseph (Sherry) Hamm of Madison, Ill.; three granddaughters, Dawn Hamm of Madison, Ill., Angela (Chris) Burns of Millstadt, Ill., and Beth (Bill) Wachtel of Madison, Ill.; a sister-in-law, Janet Werner of Madison, Ill.; a son-in-law, John Hamm lll of Madison, Ill.; and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at the funeral home, with Fr. John Beveridge officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Edwardsville, Ill.
