Obituary
Cheryl Lea Smith, Age 71, of Collinsville, Illinois passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2025.
She was born on February 6, 1953 to Robert Botkin Sr. and Zelma Botkin (nee Osborn) in East Saint Louis, Illinois.
Cheryl is survived by her beloved husband; Thomas E. Smith, 2 daughters; Charity Smith of Collinsville, Illinois and Andi (Benjamin) Fairchild of Collinsville, Illinois, 3 grandchildren; Tristan, Cody and Faith, brother; Donald (Petra) Botkin of Fairview Heights, IL.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother; Robert Botkin Jr.
The family will receive friends from 4:00pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 from the chapel of Herr Funeral Home in Collinsville, Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Cheryl's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital .
The family is being served by HERR Funeral Home, 501 W. Main St., Collinsville, Illinois.
