Claude Dwaine Bandy of Edwardsville, IL returned to his Heavenly home on August 19, 2020. Claude was born in Summerville, MO.
Claude is preceded by his loving wife Martha Belle ( East) Bandy, parents, Benjamin Allen Bandy and Mary Dicey (Coffee) Bandy, son, Carl Allen Bandy, siblings, Virgil Bandy, Ray Bandy and Virginia Head.

Surviving is his children, Barbara (Jim) Wright of Edwardsville, IL, Jim Doty of Granite City, IL and Tammy (Greg) Richards of E. Alton, IL. Also surviving is 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Claude had a firm foundation and love for the Lord and was devoted to his family and the church. He was a faithful member of Gateway Family Church. He had a love of gardening and camping. Claude was a U.S. Army Veteran.

Memorials are suggested to Gateway Family Church.

Family and friends my visit on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Sunset Hill Funeral Home in Glen Carbon, IL. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 10:00am at Sunset Hill Funeral Home in Glen Carbon, IL. Burial to follow at Sunset Hill Cemetery.
