Corinne K. "Cori" Koutsainis, nee Kenyon, 54, of Collinsville, Ill., born Oct. 4, 1961, in St. Louis, Mo., passed away Feb. 18, 2016, at her home.
Cori worked as a medical assistant at Genesis OB/GYN at the DePaul Medical Building in Bridgeton Mo. She had a deep respect and love for all animals and was especially fond of pandas. She enjoyed gardening, making jewelry, painting clay pots, and listening to music by "Yes", "Keane", and "Oleta Adams".
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Parker and Viola Mae, nee Freitag, Kenyon; and her sister, Cherylyn C. Coleman.
Surviving are her beloved life partner and friend, Maureen Foster of Collinsville; brother, Keith C. Kenyon of Lake St. Louis, Mo.; nephews, Kyle (Clarissa) Kenyon of St. Louis, Mo., Daniel and Derek Coleman of Wentzville, Mo., and Jason Coleman of Houston, Texas; special friends, Randy and Kim Acker of Collinsville, Ill.; the Milner family of Collinsville Ill., and the Greater St. Louis area; and her feline "children", Melba and Selma.

Visitation: A gathering will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday March 5, 2016, at the Herr Funeral Home located a 501 W, Main St., Collinsville, Ill.
Funeral: A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2016, at the Herr Funeral Home. Per Cori's wishes cremation will be accorded.
