David P. Bohnenstiehl's Obituary
David P. Bohnenstiehl, age 70, of Edwardsville, died at 11:41 a.m. on Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville. He was born in Alton on Thursday, December 25, 1941, the son of Jack and Hazel (Landrus) Bonhenstiehl. He married Charlotte Overbey on December 21, 1981. She survives.
In addition to his wife, David is survived by three sons: James Guthrie of Edwardsville, Brian (Missy) Guthrie of Brighton, and Paul Bohnenstiehl of Edwardsville; a daughter, Judy (Otis) Roland of Florence, AL; a brother, Daniel (Sandra) Bohnenstiehl of Alton; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Hazel Bohnenstiehl.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at Sunset Hill Funeral Home , Glen Carbon with funeral service following immediately. Per request, cremation will be done.
Memorials may be made to donor's choice. Sunset Hill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed at www.sunsethillcemetery.com.
