David Leo Felchlin Sr.

David Leo Felchlin Sr., 70, of Edwardsville, Ill., born July 13, 1946 in Granite City, Ill., passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017, at home surrounded by his loving family.

David had a unique ability to fix any thing, a real jack of all trades, he was the one person that family and friends called when they need help because they knew he could get the job done. David was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Felchlin; his brothers, Chuck Felchlin and Billy Felchlin.

Surviving are his dear loving wife of 51 years Janice, nee Robertson, Felchlin of Edwardsville, Ill.; his mother June, nee VanScoyk, Felchlin; his children, David Leo (Bonita Hollenkamp) Felchlin Jr. of Edwardsville, Ill., Janine Dawn (Phil Nicolay) Felchlin of Staunton, Ill., Kerri Deanne Felchlin of Edwardsville, Ill.; his eight grandchildren, Alene Hanks, Katie Hanks, Gracie Hanks, Ashlei Greathouse, Shelby Felchlin, Nicholas Domescik, David Nicolay and Brittany Eads; his great grandchild Rowyn Weiss.
