Delores F. Henseler, nee Queen, 72, of Collinsville, Ill., born June 17, 1939, in Hammond, Ind., died at 11:20 a.m. Monday, April 30, 2012, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Mo.



Mrs. Henseler was very active in the Meadow Heights Sunday School, and was a member of the Meadow Heights Baptist Church.



She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Bertha, nee Bird, Queen; and a sister, Virginia Mills.



Surviving are her husband, James Henseler of Collinsville, Ill.; two sons, Gary Henseler of Glen Carbon, Ill., and Greg Henseler of Du Quoin, Ill.; two granddaughters, Jennifer (Steve) Knebel of Collinsville, Ill., and Chelsea Henseler of Collinsville, Ill.; a great-granddaughter, Kayleigh Henseler of Collinsville, Ill.; two sisters, Peggy (Grant) Taylor of Tamaico, Ill., and Anita (Jerry) Dennison of Waterloo, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2012, at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, Ill.



Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 5, 2012, at the funeral home with Pastor Mike Barnes officiating. Burial will be at Cudgetown Cemetery in Du Quoin, Ill.
