COLLINSVILLE- Dennis L. Dillow, 66, of Collinsville, IL, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL.

Dennis was born September 1, 1952 in Anna, IL to Carl Eugene and Ruby Vernell (Barker) Dillow. They preceded him in death.

He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Ronnie Dillow and Barbara Ann Summers; and two nephews, Wayne Summers and Gregory Summers.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (James) Martin of New Baden, IL; sister, Shelby (Bill) Adam of Elberta, AL; nieces and nephews, Denise Hoyt, Kimberly Summers, Kelly Summers, Jeff Summers and Brian Summers; and his dog and faithful companion, Connie.

Dennis worked and retired as an inventory coordinator with Scheck Industries in Pontoon Beach, IL. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and loved listening to KSHE95 on the radio. Dennis will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at the Espenschied Chapel, 317 N County Rd. Mascoutah, IL 62258. Cremation rites have been accorded. Herr Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
