Diana Martin Dieckmann, 70, of Alton, Illinois, born to Harry and Virginia Stark Martin on January 12, 1955, passed away Saturday, February 15th, 2025, in the comfort of her own home surrounded by loved ones.

Preceding her in death are both Parents: Harry and Virginia Stark Martin, and Brothers Ronnie and Gary Martin.

Those left to cherish Diana's memory is her beloved husband David Dieckmann, Daughter Kelly Bailey, Step-Sons: Chris and Matt Dieckmann, Brothers: Charlie, Fred and John Martin, Sisters: Debby O'Leary, Sharon Bodkin, and Fay Martin, as well as five Granddaughters; she will be missed by many other family members and friends.

Diana married the love of her life David, on December 31st, 1992, in Montego Bay Jamaica, together they celebrated over 32 years of life, love, and marriage.

Diana worked at Boeing as an aircraft machinist, working mostly on F-18 Fighter Jets, for 28 years before retiring.

Diana adored all animals, especially all the dogs she had in her lifetime. She loved her dogs Nova and Kodi, as well as her dear bird Ronnie, named affectionately after her brother. She also loved to go shopping, be it for clothes or home décor, she loved a good shopping spree. Her cooking was also amazing, her stuffed hamburgers being one of David's favorites.

Diana was a loving wife, mother, sister, and dog-mom, she will be greatly missed by her family and friends, those with two-legs, four and even wings.
