Diana Lynn Lading (nee Rardin), 72, of Collinsville, IL, formerly of Latham, IL, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

Diana was born on June 22, 1952 in Mattoon, IL to Tom and Marjorie Rardin (Harrison). She married Chris Daniel Lading on January 1, 1970. Diana graduated from Grant Adult School in Sacramento, California in 1970. She spent her working years in accounting and bookkeeping.

Most of all, Diana was a devoted wife and mother, dedicating her best, most cherished years to her family. Diana's cooking prowess was always on display, from the annual smorgasbord of holiday baked goods to making everyone their favorite birthday meal, she always made sure her family was well cared for (and fed!).

In her free time, she enjoyed gardening and crafting, two activities that she loved to share with her three grandchildren who she adored. Diana also loved to travel with her husband Chris, going on numerous trips throughout the years with their family and many friends.

Diana is survived by her daughters Natalie (Michael) Berardi, of Maryville, IL and Amanda (Nicholas) Gianoulakis, of Collinsville, IL; grandson Mason Berardi; granddaughters Norah Berardi and Audrey Gianoulakis; brother Tommy Rardin; and sister Cindy (Michael) Williams.

She was preceded in death by her husband Chris, son Nathan, and her parents.

Diana will be cremated with a private family memorial to be held at a later date.
