Diane Lynn Meier's Obituary
Diane Lynn Meier, nee Ferrero, 57, of Collinsville, Ill., born April 30, 1953, in East St. Louis, Ill., died at 6:44 a.m. Saturday, April 23, 2011, at her residence.
Diane was a member of the Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Dolores, nee Feist, Ferrero.
Surviving are her husband, Dr. Gary Meier of Collinsville, Ill., whom she married on April 27, 1974; her children, Michael (Meagan) Meier of Collinsville, Ill., Michelle Meier of Collinsville, Ill., and Matthew (Alicia) Meier of Collinsville, Ill.; and her brother, Gary (Emma) Ferrero of Omaha, Neb.
Memorials may be made to the Siteman Cancer Center or the Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.herrfuneral.com
Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, Ill.
Funeral: Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 27, 2011, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Collinsville, Ill., with Rev. William Engfehr officiating. Burial will be at St. John's Cemetery, Collinsville, Ill.
