Dino Thompson, aged 58, passed away unexpectedly on December 27, 2024 in Aurora Missouri. Born on February 2, 1966 to the late Joann Smith.
Dino was dedicated to his family and friends and was a hard worker. He was always there to lend a hand or give advice and cheer others up on their worst days. Dino dedicated four years of his life serving the United States Marine Corps from 1984 to 1988 where he embodied the Core Values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment. He currently worked for R&L carriers where he was respected and valued by his colleagues.
Dino is preceded in death by his mother Joann Smith and brother Billy Thompson.
Dino is survived by his children, Shelby and Nathan Thompson; sister, Tammy Manley; Niece, Nicole (Daniel) Caulk; Nephews, Shawn (Karen Cousins) Gaines, Adam Gaines, Ethan (Alex Mullen) Manley as well as many other family and friends.
Dino's legacy of warmth, humor, and dedication to his family will be cherished and remembered by all who knew him.
The family will hold a service at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Glen Carbon, Illinois where Dino will be laid to rest.
