Dolores B. Ohlendorf, 92, of Delano, Minn., formerly of Collinsville, Ill., & Belleville, Ill., born July 25, 1924, in Collinsville, Ill., passed away October 25, 2016, in Delano Minn.
Dolores married Gus Henry Ohlendorf in 1944. They made their home in Caseyville, where they raised their son, Douglas. In the early 1960''s, Dolores and Gus moved to Collinsville. After several years of retirement, they moved into the Atrium Assisted Living in Belleville before moving to Delano, Minn., to be closer to Douglas.
DoLores loved to crochet. She was always making something, whether it was an afghan or baby item, to give away. DoLores and Gus also enjoyed RV camping.
DoLores was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Edna, nee Eble, Barton; grandson, Keith Ohlenforf.
She is survived by her husband of 74 years, Gus Ohlendorf; son, Douglas (Cathleen) Ohlendorf of Delano Minn.
Friends may call on Monday, October 31,2016, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 a.m. at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, Ill. Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 31, at 11:00 a.m. at St John Cemetery, Collinsville Ill.
