Donald E. Cook, age 67, of Collinsville, IL, died Thursday, January 22, 2009, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, January 25 at Herr Funeral Home in Collinsville, IL. Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, January 26 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Collinsville, IL. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Collinsville, IL.
