Donald E. Gray, 82, of Collinsville, Ill., born July 24, 1931, in Vienna, Mo., passed away at 5:20 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013, at his residence.
Mr. Gray was owner and operator of Gray's Farm and Used Furniture. He retired from the Terminal Railroad after 30 years. Donald attended Bethel Baptist Church in Troy, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Perry and Oma, nee McDaniels, Gray; and brothers and sisters, Ed Gray, Ruby Wilson, Paul Gray, Della Hill and Irene Hancock.
Surviving are his wife, Virginia, nee Pennell, Gray of Collinsville, Ill.; two sons, Ronald (Kristie) Gray of Granite City, Ill., and Thomas Gray of Collinsville, Ill.; three daughters, Elaine Fournie of Collinsville, Ill., Judy Pfeiffer of Santa Maria, Calif., and Norma (Richard) Rupprecht of Glen Carbon, Ill.; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Christine Wagner of Sunset Hills, Mo.; and brother, Doyle Gray of Vichy, Mo.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013, at the funeral home with Rev. Roger Wright officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Edwardsville, Ill.
