Donald Dean Hayes, 57, of Belleville, Ill., born Saturday, November 30, 1957, in East St. Louis, Ill., died Sunday, June 28, 2015, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, Ill.

Donald was an avid fisherman and duck hunter. He worked as a mechanic for Trans-America. He was a member of Alpha & Omega Christian Fellowship.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Marie, nee Thompson, Hayes; three brothers, Franklin, Otis Roy and Robert Hayes Jr.; and two sisters, Rosealee Hayes, and Betty Joan Rangel.

Surviving are a daughter, Sarah (Arnulfo) Orozco of Collinsville, Ill.; his siblings, Billy Jo Hayes of Caseyville, Ill.; a sister, Pamela Lee of Collinsville, Ill.; a brother, Ricky Hayes of Collinsville, Ill.; a sister, Ruth (Don) Stockin of Edwardsville, Ill.; a sister, Jackie Keel of Collinsville, Ill.; a sister, Patsy (Ruben) Beltran of Collinsville, Ill.; a brother, Timmie (Debbie) Hayes of Collinsville, Ill.; his lifetime friend, Bobbie Greer of Collinsville, Ill.; two grandchildren, Selena Ramirez, and Seleste Orozco; and several nieces and nephews.
