Donald Keith Kramlich, 58 of Collinsville, IL passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021 in Maryville, IL. Donald was born July 24, 1962, in East St. Louis, IL to Gerald D. Kramlich and Pearl L. Reever.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Gerald David Kramlich, Jr. and sisters Brenda (Kramlich) Baker and Pamela Sue Kramlich.

Donald is survived by his sister Cynthia Kay Helmer; girlfriend of 10 years Dorothy Binsbacher, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and host of friends.

Donnie was a very creative and adventurous free spirit.  As a teen he loved driving his Purple Dodge Charger, he enjoyed learning taxidermy with Paul Jarvis, he also loved being in a band called Boulder Dash traveling place to place with the whole band.  He relished the time with family and friends camping and fishing; but his true passion was hunting deer, black bear, turkey and duck, which he did every chance he got even if it meant taking weeks off work. When he wasn't hunting he was working at for the City of Troy he had worked there for almost 20 years.  He enjoyed working there so much he showed up an hour early everyday looking forward to seeing all his work buddies to give them some trouble. Donnie always liked to stay busy with hobbies from making fishing lures to painting and designing boat oars, and making his own knives, he was always in his shop when it wasn't hunting season.

Donnie was a great friend to many; he would do anything for anyone and is greatly loved and he will be tremendously missed by all.

A Celebration of Life has been scheduled for April 7, 2021 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm at Herr Funeral Home in Collinsville, IL.  Cremation rites are being handled by Herr Funeral Home.
