Donna JoAnn Seaton, nee Starnes, 74, of Caseyville, Ill., born Monday, Jan. 27, 1941, in Trenton, Tenn., passed away at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2015, at Collinsville Rehab & Health Care Center in Collinsville, Ill.

Donna obtained an associate's degree in business. She worked for the Caseyville Township for 23 years. She was a member of Meadow Heights Baptist Church, Collinsville, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Henry Seaton; her parents, Dewey T. and Annie Deliaha, nee Owens, Starnes; two sons, Jerry Wayne Schwartz and Ronnie Lee Schwartz; two sisters, Bessie Mae Williams and Nina "Joyce" Sullivan; and a brother, Willie Lee Starnes.

Surviving are her children, Ronda Joyce Morris of Caseyville, Ill., Wilbert William (Dusty) Schwartz of Sturtevant, Wis., Donna Marie Moore-Schwartz of Collinsville, Ill., and Larry Dale Schwartz of Texas; seven grandchildren, Patricia Marie (Steve) Jeffers, Melissa Ann (Jacob) Smith, Jerry Wayne (Amanda) Schwartz Jr., Joshua Lee Schwartz, Jessica Louise (Rodney Haynes) Schwartz, JoAnna Marie (Eric Wellett) Schwartz and Damian Lee Morris; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Duel Wayne "Buddy" Starnes of Vincennes, Ind., and Dewey Thomas Starnes of Arkansas; and a sister-in-law, Louise Schwartz-Cox of Caseyville, Ill.
