Miller, Dorothy Pauline "Dotti"

Dotti lived with a smile on her face, joy in her spirit, love in her heart and music in her soul. Her zest and appreciation for life was as contagious as her laughter. Born July 17, 1931 to Audrey and William Schlechter in St. Louis, MO, she grew up in South County, then began her marriage to James F. Miller. They then lived in Germany, Baltimore, Boston, Edwardsville, and Sanibel, FL.

Dotti was a true Girl Scout in spirit, attitude and deed. She enjoyed painting and was a gifted architect.

She is survived by her daughter Karin Miller and Richard Haar, daughter Holly Goldsmith, son Scott Miller and Teresa. Grandchildren Albert and Kenneth Anglin, Sierra Goldsmith, Katherine and Gilbert Reynolds, and Issac Miller.

Services: Services will be held 9:30 a.m. at Sunset Hills Funeral Home, 50 Fountain Dr., Glen Carbon, IL 62034.
