December 10, 1929 – September 1, 2025
Elfrieda Hanlon, 95, passed away during the early morning hours of Monday, September 1, 2025. She was born to Albin and Elizabeth (nee Schlosingerova) Wied on December 10, 1929, in Czechoslovakia.
After losing her father at a young age, Frieda and her mother relocated to Germany. When she was 19, she met a young American Soldier, John Robert "Bob" Hanlon, who stole her heart.
