Emma Reichert
On Friday, July 14, 2017, Emma E. Reichert, 91, of Caseyville, Ill., took the hand of her Savior and left the world and entered into a world of peace, joy and beauty.
Emma had many different careers in her lifetime. She was a hairdresser, owner and broker of a Real Estate office, owner and cook of Victory Inn and a former sales associate of the former Grandpa's in Collinsville, Ill.
She was born July 22, 1925, in East St. Louis, Ill., the daughter of the late Thomas J. and Agnes E., nee Lynch, Dunn Sr.; she was also preceded by a brother, Thomas "Tommy" Dunn; sisters, Joyce Baechle, Myrtle Leemon, and Virginia Darnell (Thomas Darnell); granddaughter, Dawn Gibson; niece, Dottie Wecker; nephew, Jared Nevenner.
Emma is survived by daughters, Patricia Crum of Caseyville, Ill., Sandra Prather of Helotes, Tx., Karla Dalton of Caseyville, Ill., and Karen (Bob) Self of Collinsville, Ill.; son, Michael Reichert of Caseyville, Ill.; nine grandchildren; nine great- grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Friends may visit from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, July 17, 2017, at Herr Funeral Home, Collinsville, Ill., and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Collinsville, Ill.
Funeral: Funeral Mass will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday July 18, 2017, at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Collinsville, Ill., with Father John Beveridge officiating. Interment to follow in the Valhalla Garden of Memory, Belleville, Ill.
