Evelyn Cook's Obituary
Evelyn Cook, age 83, of Collinsville, IL, died January 31, 1998, at Castle Haven Nursing Home in Swansea, IL. Visitation will be held from 4 PM to 8 PM on Monday, February 2 nd, at the funeral home in Collinsville. Funeral Mass will be at 10 AM on Tuesday, February 3 rd, at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caseyville. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Belleville, IL.
