Fay (Walker) Douglas, age 91, of Maryville, IL, died March 8, 2004, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL. Visitation will be held from 4 PM to 8 PM on Wednesday, March 10th, at the funeral home in Collinsville. Funeral services will be at 1 PM on Thursday, March 11th, at the funeral home in Collinsville, IL. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery in Edwardsville, IL.
