Francis E. Hendrickson, nee DuHadway, 93, of Maryville, Ill., born Jan. 17, 1920, in St. Louis, Mo., died at 12:40 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, at Rosewood Care Center in Edwardsville, Ill.

Mrs. Hendrickson retired from Federal Land Bank after many years of service. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church in Collinsville, Ill. Francis was also a devoted Cubs fan.

Francis was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Hendrickson; parents, Thomas and Mary, nee Francis, DuHadway; son, Edgar F. Sarhage; son-in-law, Thomas Eaton; brother, Charles DuHadway; and sister, Agnes Marie Carrell;

Surviving are her daughter, Cheryl Eaton of Maryville, Ill.; sons, John T. (Imelda) Sarhage of Piscatawny, N.J., and Joseph R. (Kathy) Sarhage of Glen Carbon, Ill.; step daughter, Ruby Wiedulwilt; daughter-in-law, Kathy Sarhage; grand children, J T Sarhage, Tracey Marie Weber, Paul Alan Sarhage, Kristine Lynn Dietz and Adam Joseph Sarhage; five step grandchildren, Daniel, David and James Wieduwilt. William Robinson and Terri Wilkerson. Many great-grand and step great-grandchildren also survive; and a great-great-granddaughter survives.

Funeral: Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, at First Baptist Church in Collinsville, Ill., with the Rev. Greg Pratt and the Rev. Roger Wright officiating. Interment in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
