Freda F. Flinn, nee Tullock, 89, of Glen Carbon, Ill., formerly of Cahokia, Ill., born on Aug. 24, 1923, in Herculaneum, Mo., died at 11:45 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Ill.

Freda was a 50 year member of Eastern Star in Cahokia, was an avid bingo player, was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great and great-great-grandmother who loved her children unconditionally. For many years she cooked Sunday dinner for all of her family who would like to come every week She was a very good cook and she made "...hands down... the best Chicken and Dumplings EVER."

She was preceded in death by her husband, Monroe L. Flinn; parents, Clarence Tullock and Ada, nee Chilton, Tullock; sisters, Thelma Wright, Mildred Striler and Jewel Laskowiz; brothers, Paul and Bill Tullock; brothers-in-law, Robert and Dale Flinn; and sister-in-law, Yvonne Bognar.

Surviving are her children, Carol (Sam) Millatti of Troy, Ill., Don Flinn of Troy, Ill., and Debbie (Ron) Wilshusen of Oakville, Mo.; grandchildren, Lisa (Jim) Chadduck of Waterloo, Ill., Mike (Bev) Millatti of Cahokia, Ill., Sharon (Rob) Simons of Troy, Ill., Kelly (Gary) Simpson of St Jacob, Ill., Lori Gallion of St Jacob, Ill., Brad Lobsinger of Cahokia, Ill., Megan Wilshusen of Lemay, Mo., Rebecca Wilshusen of Lemay, Mo., and Ronnie Wilshusen of Lemay, Mo.; sisters, Joyce Henderson of St Charles, Mo., Opal (Ted) Welch of House Springs, Mo., Anna McGinnis of Mascoutah, Ill., Evelyn Brogan of Waterloo, Ill., and Angie Lee Tullock of Arnold, Mo.; great-grandchildren, David Inman, Anthony Millatti, Amanda Inmann, Rachel Erschen, Sarah Erschen, Abby and Aaron Creek; and great-great-grandchildren, Trenton and Lilly Inman, Audrey Weigel and Sophia Millatti; also many nieces and nephews.
