Gail Martin, 67, of Centralia, Illinois, formerly of Collinsville, Illinois, passed away on June 8, 2021, at her home in Centralia, Illinois.

Gail was born December 15, 1953, to Carl and Mary (Wand) Martin in East St. Louis, Illinois.

She was a resident and part of the family at the Bryan Manor Home in Centralia for 31 years.  Gail loved to watch Sponge Bob and was a fan of Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

Gail was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; brother, Rex L. Martin, nephew, Clay Munzert; aunts: Emma Jean Woodis and Ruth Marchiando.

Survivors include her sisters: Fay M. Munzert and husband Thomas of Lake Wales, Florida, and Rita J. Buske and husband Brad of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; aunt, Blanche Nash of Fairview Heights, Illinois; as well as several nieces and cousins.

A visitation will take place on Monday, June 14, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Herr Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Collinsville, Illinois. Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 p.m at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Collinsville, Illinois, under the direction of Herr Funeral Home.
