Glen Earl Leemon, 79, of Caseyville, Ill., born Feb. 13, 1933, in Chester, Ill., passed away at 10:40 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Ill.
Mr. Leemon was a fireman, policeman, truck driver and veteran. He was a member of the Eagles, Moose, Masons and American Legion.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle, nee Dunn, Leemon; son, Vernon Earl Leemon and parents, William Earl and Carrie Edna, nee Oliver, Leemon.
Surviving Glen are his son and daughters, Carl M. Leemon of Caseyville, Ill., Joyce Ann Camp of Anderson, S.C., Glenda Mae Alton of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Barbara Jean Langley of Belleville, Ill.; his cousin, Frederick L. Breithaupt; 19 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral: Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at the funeral home with Pastor Tommy Smith officiating. Private burial at a later date.
