GLEN CARBON- Gloria R. Kay, nee Roever, 89, of Glen Carbon, Ill., born on August 31, 1927, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Eden Village in Glen Carbon, Ill.

Beloved wife of the late Dan Kay; dear mother of Margaret (Richard) Christenson, Barbara (Bill Paulic) Kay and Brian (Lauri) Kay; sister of Gayle Jordan; grandmother of John (Kristin) Christenson and Lynne (Kavi) Mehta; great grandmother of Colby Christenson.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dan; her parents Monroe and Margaret Roever; her sister Georgia Hoeman and her great-grandson, Cohen.

Gloria was a dedicated member of the Bellefontaine United Methodist Church Choir for 75 years and was an avid Cardinal baseball fan.
