H. Richard Busch, 88, of Alhambra, Ill., born Tuesday, Oct. 19, 1926, in Edwardsville, Ill., passed away at 6:52 p.m. Thursday, July 16, 2015, at Rosewood Care Center in Edwardsville, Ill.

Richard was a U.S. Navy veteran. He retired from Collinsville High School Vocational. He operated Busch Garage in Caseyville, Ill., for 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry G. and Ruth A., nee Behler, Busch.

Surviving are his wife, Rosemary, nee Heinlein, Busch, whom he married on Jan. 1, 1949; three daughers, Lynn (Don) Mayden of Alhambra, Ill., Donna Horrell of Caseyville, Ill., and Bonnie Hale of Edwardsville, Ill.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
